Introduce new lead generation techniques as appropriate.- Lead Management: Handle initial discussions with leads until they mature.- Target Ownership: Own targets for lead generation and manage the sales funnel, including contacting suspects and prospects (TOFU) and nurturing prospects (MOFU).- Team Collaboration: Excellent liaison and teamwork skills within the sales and marketing team.- Reporting: Report to the Sales Manager (Territory Head) at PSI.- Strategy Development : Develop effective lead generation strategies and plans for systematic growth.- Marketing Collaboration : Work with the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies and contribute to the branding of the organization, its services, and specialties.- CRM Maintenance : Maintain data in the CRM effectively.- Relationship Management : Responsible for prospecting, nurturing contacts (right persona), and enhancing relationships with existing prospects.- Individual Contributor : Should work effectively as an individual contributor.
