Job Summary:
Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely availability of materials for maintenance activities, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities: • Inventory Management:
• Maintain stock records and conduct regular audits.
• Forecast material requirements to avoid stockouts.
• Material Handling & Issuance:
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials to O&M teams.
• Track material usage and returns.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Liaise with procurement and O&M teams to ensure material availability.
• Prepare regular inventory and stock reports.
• Vendor & Asset Management:
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Track O&M tools and equipment usage.
• HSE Compliance:
• Ensure materials are handled and stored according to safety regulations.
