Job Purpose As a Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for the Patients and you will provide Billing & administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities Serve Guest/Patients/Visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Assisting the Patient Relation dept. in patient registration indemnity forms/consent forms, billing etc.. Helping the Patient relation in providing necessary inputs collected from Patient for damage control/improving Patient experience and overall operations of the centre Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. Dispatching Lab reports, MRI / CT reports. Maintaining / Updating appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1-2 Years work experience in similar role in Hospital / Diagnostic Centre / Clinic Preference will be given to the candidates with Diagnostic Centre work experience in the similar position. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Tele calling, telephone management, patient/guest management Professional appearance Solid Malayalam, English (Preferably) communication skills both written and verbal is required Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration is must Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From 12,000.00 per month Benefits:
