Job Descripition Position: System Administrator / Executive Department: Information Technology Qualification: Graduation / Dip in IT/ B. Tech Experience: 2 to 4year Experience Job Responsibilites Core Applications- IVF, Communicator, Dietkare. Requirements gathering Vendor Coordination for issues and new requirements. Maintaining change Management process for the core applications. Performing and monitoring UAT process for the core applications. Training on applications to users. Maintaining and monitoring stand by equipment. Maintaining and monitoring patch management. General responsibilities: Strictly meeting the Compliance on defined policies. Checks daily call closures and ensures closure of the same within the SLA defined. Installing new software & hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc.) Perform PMS of Client, Network devices etc. Perform System and Network Audit. Escalate issue to L3 team if SLA is crossed. Reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly reports. Updation of all trackers/registers as per the defined policies. Ensuring resource backup\xe2\x80\x99s during emergencies. Workshop / CME programs: Arrangement of Audio and videos for workshops and CME meetings Checklist: Performs daily checklist activities as per the duty schedule. Support for other applications from time to time whenever required.
