Position : Executive IT

Location : Reliance Mall, Jalandhar

Responsibility

Responsible for IT Infrastructure Maintenance.

• Responsible for Installation and technical Support for hardware & software.
• Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management.
• Responsible for Help Desk Management.
• Responsible for Configuration and troubleshooting for Users.
• Responsible to Network Administration.
• Responsible for Server Management & Maintenance.
• Managing & supporting internal Audits as per SOP's.
• Responsible for Reporting of incidents & Resolution TAT.
• Responsible for Managing POS, Screen display, EDC machine and Kiosk management

Qualification:

1. Education: B.tech/ Diploma in IT

2. Professional:

Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organization in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.
