Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing product, email and social media campaigns to optimize performance and drive improvements.

2. Content Creation and Coordination: Collaborate with designers to create engaging marketing materials, develop website content, and ensure alignment with the company's brand guidelines and strategies.

3. Social Media Management: Manage the social media calendar, execute strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement, and track metrics to refine approaches.

4. Review and Ratings Management: Collect and respond to employee reviews on platforms like AmbitionBox to maintain a positive online presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 2-4 years of international marketing experience, strong digital marketing and SEO knowledge, excellent communication skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Key Competencies:

Skilled in managing multiple projects, developing creative marketing strategies, analyzing data for actionable insights and communicating effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
