Part of their mission is to make it easier for everyone to experience the world.The JobYour responsibilities will include :- Engage in chat conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert chat interactions into sales.- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics for achieving sales goals.- Follow up with potential customers on the phone to persuade them to purchase Visa services. - Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.- Responsible for engaging with potential customers domestic & International through online chat platforms & calls and providing product information, answering queries, and ultimately driving sales related to visa or travel service\'s.Ideal Candidate : - Good Typing Speed, typing speed over 25 WPM will be preferred.- Graduate in any field, Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or Business will be preferred- Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment,- Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of handling international customers will be an edge- Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and (ref:updazz.com)
