Synopsis: As a Inside sales representative, you will be required to
communicate with the customers and up-sell the products and services.
Role & Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Upselling products and services
Answering potential customers' questions & queries
Keeping up with product information
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Key Skill:
Keen interest in sales as a profession
Strong computer literacy
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Strong communication skills
