Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Generate daily sales quotations for Microsoft Products. - Should have working knowledge of Microsoft products and Licences- Diligently follow up on sent quotations to drive sales conversions.- Secure Purchase Orders (POs) from customers and negotiate favorable terms.- Obtain competitive prices from vendors to meet customer orders at advantageous costs.- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to customers.- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and maintain high levels of customer service.- Keep accurate records of daily material transactions.- Collaborate closely with customers for ongoing sales and support initiatives.Skills Required :- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Products.- Should have working knowledge of Microsoft products and Licences- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
