As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales through proactive cold calling and lead generation efforts.Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our equity advisory services.- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through ongoing lead generation activities.- Provide accurate information about our services and answer inquiries from potential clients.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into sales.- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company\'s growth and success.Requirements:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in the financial services industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.- Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days a week- Compensation: Up to 6 LPA + IncentivesIf you are passionate about sales and eager to take your career to the next level in the equity advisory industry, we want to hear from you!
