Roles & Responsibilities :- Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, and social media) to generate leads and promote consumer goods.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.Skills Required :- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Familiarity with the consumer goods market and trends is an advantage.
