Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation:- Source potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.- Leverage market research to identify prospective clients and understand their needs.-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.2. Sales Activities:- Conduct engaging product presentations tailored to client requirements.- Respond to customer inquiries, objections, and feedback effectively.- Schedule and follow up on meetings to move prospects through the sales funnel.- Coordinate and manage Proof of concepts / product trials with product/ technology team.3. Closing Deals:- Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while maintaining profitability.- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and agreements.- Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the onboarding team post-sale.4. CRM & Reporting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system. - Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and performance metrics.
