Job Description
• Responsibilities: o Strong adherence to the processes ensuring standardized outcomes & Customer Delight.
o Should be Excellent in Networking, Maintenance and checking of systems (Hardware)
o Operational Support for Applications including End User Issues/Access.
o Maintaining Overhead projectors, Maintenance of EPBX, assigning of Extension nos. in the hospital.
o User Trainings - Coordinate for User Training Manuals and ensure Unit level trainings (Train the Trainer) - as per agreed timelines
