- Layout Detailing & space optimization.
- Value stream mapping.
- Equipment capacity calculations.
- Preparation of Work content.
- Preparation of standard work combination table.
- MHE calculations & preparation of MHE WRT MES requirement.
- Optimization of MHE Movements.
- Ergonomics study to improve man utilization for each process.
- Manpower calculations as per ticket.
- Publishing the Plant performance MIS \xe2\x80\x93TEEPc.
- Support to AMS, IATF, QA and Manufacturing in Visual factory.
