Department Details Role Summary Adherence to CGMP process in day-to-day activity.
Ensure Good Documentation Practices and Data integrity policy (ALCOVA++) is followed as per guidelines.
Receipt of raw material, packing material and accounting in SAP system.
Should ensure to complete the assigned activities as per the shifts (First, Second & Night Shift)
Physical verification of materials against invoice, weighing materials before accounting, labelling as per WMS process, and put away the inventory in respective BINS.
Dispensing of 1401,1402 Plant, raw materials and packing materials as per production requirement.
Ensuring posting of process orders and reservation in SAP without any discrepancy.
Ensure to perform WMS (Warehouse Management System) in the dispensing processes (Shop floor Return) from manufacturing & Bin to Bin process (Material Allocation).
Disinfectant and Soap Solution preparation as per frequency. Updating records in E-Log System.
Ensure Cleaning of Storage Area, Pallet Wash Area, Dispensing Area, LAF (Laminar Air Flow), Sampling Area, Raw Material Staging area, Pass Box, Receipts Area, Corridor & De-dusting booth.
Ensure calibration & Verification of Weighing Balance, Standard Weights and follow up with preventive maintenance activity of the instruments/equipment (High Reach, AHU, LAF, Filters, Electric Stacker, Hand Pallet Trolly, Pass Box, Cold Room, Deep Freezer).
Ensure to work as per safety norms (EHS Policy) and wear PPE
