• Knowledge of process equipment maintenance in pharma
• Knowledge of Utility equipment
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on process equipment,
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with equipment.
• Conduct repairs and resolve unplanned equipment downtimes promptly.
• Preparation of equipment list, equipment layout & other layout
• Preparation of Qualification documents like DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ
• Good knowledge & hands on experience in process equipment maintenance.
• Process equipment preventive maintenance and knowledge of equipment operation.
• Root cause analysis & CAPA implementation for process maintenance.
• Continuous improvement on equipment availability & down reduction.
• Daily monitoring of equipment breakdowns & closure of maintenance work orders.

Educational QualificationsRequired Education Qualification: B.Tech
Required Experience: 2 - 6 years
