The objective of the role is to support overall business objectives by conducting trials in prospective sites and taking primary responsibility to convert the sales lead by providing technical solutions to clients. The role would involve extensive travel to sites. The incumbent would also be responsible for growth and penetration of admixtures products in project sales segments in defined geography through lead conversions and building relationship with various stake holders like RMCs and contractors.Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness objectives\xc2\xb7 Conduct site level customization to admixture formulations to meet the performance requirements of client.
\xc2\xb7 Test the above formulations for the desired test parameters.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare samples of the finalized formulations to the client for their evaluation.Technical Assistance\xc2\xb7 Formulating specialized concrete designs like self compacting concrete, precast concrete etc.
\xc2\xb7 Provide technical assistance pre and post sales at the project sites related to Admixtures products
\xc2\xb7 Undertake on-site sampling for Admixture products to build customer confidenceMarket Development\xc2\xb7 Build long term relationship with the identified set of stakeholders through on-site assistance
\xc2\xb7 Build relationship with the site QA/QC In charge to generate businessMarket Intelligence\xc2\xb7 Successful site conversions post sampling
