The role of Administrator within the Employee Relations team is to provide administration support and initial policy driven HR advice & guidance to managers and employees on a wide variety of operational employment related issues, ensuring that the service standards and operational performance targets are met.Job title: Executive - Human Resources: Receive first line enquiries and respond or triage them effectively to the relevant team within the ER Hub Provide query handling and resolution for low level ER queries, in line with HR policy, practices & procedures, including straightforward disciplinaries, grievances and absence. Ensure queries and requests from customers are responded to efficiently, accurately and in accordance with the Capita policy and agreed service standards. Accurate logging and management of cases and queries in the case management system Receipt and processing HR mail, ensuring it is actioned in a timely manner Provide ad hoc ER data such as redundancy calculations, as requested Provide ER letters as requested Ensure all hard and soft copy personnel records are maintained & secure, complying with obligations under the Data Protection Act Support the collation of any other ER data as requested (ad-hoc)Location: Mumbai, IndiaTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)
