About our client:Our client is an integral part of the growth of Flexible packaging industry in South Asia. They create customized and innovative flexible packaging solutions - Milk Film Pouch, Easy Peel Lid Film, Laminates, Shrink and Stretch LD Film and Labels (Shrink and Wrap Around Labels) - across industries ranging from Dairy, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Personal & Home care, Health & Beauty and more.Responsibilities:Payroll processing:

• Maintain & update attendance & leave record.
• Salary, incentives & annual appraisals working & MIS preparation
• Assist to Settle FNF

Statutory compliance:

• Registering Staff For PF-ESIC as per their Eligibility.
• Send the Salary Data to Consultant for Challan Preparation (PF/ ESIC / PT)
• Send the approved Challan to Accounts and ensure timely Payments.
• Resolving compliance related issues raised by government authorities.
• Assist staff to process PF-ESIC related requests.

Manage related offices:

• PF Office / TMC & BMC / MSEB / Society Office, etc.

Facility management:

• Maintain record of utility service providers(handy-men) contacts & details for relevant purpose.
• Undertake repairs & maintenance of office premises & ensure office premises are functional.
• Provide data & MIS reports on demand after approval from reporting boss.
• Provide various letters required for different purposes to Staff following approval process.
• Assist in Engagement Activities organised.
• Vendor Management

Requirements:

• 1-3 yrs in relevant profile.
• MBA with HR specialization. Commerce Background mandatory.
• Preferred graduate specialization in Economics, Marketing or Accounting
