Job Description


Summary: We are looking for a high-performing HR Executive for our factory. You will be responsible for facilitating healthy and sustainable employee relations compliance practices at our factory. You will also be responsible for handling the factory\xe2\x80\x99s administration. You will be responsible for planning personnel needs, and conducting job analysis. You will need to evaluate performances, manage salaries and wages, schedule employee vacations, provide benefits, resolve disputes, and communicate with employees at every level. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and distribute information for HR Manager to be used during the collective bargaining process. You need to be well-versed with collective bargaining trends, wage data, economics and labour laws. Responsibilities: 1. Your core responsibility will be to oversee the workers and the equipment they operate on the factory floor and be responsible for contributing to and carrying out production strategy decisions. You will have to design, plan, and implement human resources programs for the factory. You will need to administer policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and health and safety programs. A crucial duty would be to manage staff in their day-to-day work and ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhered to approved budgets. 2. Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, and workers compensation claims. 3. Complete initial reporting, accident investigations, communication work restrictions. 4. Oversee the performance management of the employees and assist in salary planning. 5. Steer HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets, update and distribute it on a predetermined schedule. 6. Develop and apply labour policies. 7. Handle grievance procedures. 8. Manage dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc. 9. Oversee recruitment at factory for all the positions. 10. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. 11. Dealing with vendors, government officials and other stakeholders for all matters pertaining to HR. 12. Maintain personnel hygiene condition of factory, welfare, security, fire safety. 13. Oversee Factory Administration (Attendance, Leave, Housekeeping, and Travel Desk Support). 14. Preparing & sending reports (MIS, Attendance, administration related, housekeeping & security) as set by the plant head on daily basis. 15. Designing and updating job descriptions. 16. Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges and industry associations. 17. Hosting/coordinating recruitment events and participating in job fairs. 18. Responsible for Joining and Orientation of new joiners. 19. Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits. 20. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. 21. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. 22. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. 23. Undertake tasks related to performance management and coordinate for quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. 24. Ability to manage new employee relocation that determines new employee requirements and arranges temporary housing. 25. Ensure compliance with labour regulations. 26. Assist Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Human Resource in all the tasks related to HR, Administration, Operations and Housekeeping etc. 27. All the tasks/duties/projects assigned by the Reporting Head and the Management from time to time. Skills: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Experience with full-cycle of recruitment and payroll 3. Great verbal and written communications skills; not afraid to speak up when required. 4. Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through. 5. Ability to architect strategy and to implement the same. 6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Schedule:
