KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• This role will involve regional management of offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for junior roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and development programs.
• Assist the team to ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist in internal and external audits to ensure HR processes and documentation comply with legal and company standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist in preparing reports and analysis for decision-making.
• Assist the team in being the point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Manage travel logistics for team members, ensuring all arrangements are efficient and cost-effective.
• Oversee the management of office supplies, assets, and facilities, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
• HR Generalist Experience: 0-2 years experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Management, Business Administration, HR Law, Psychology, or Communications. Involvement in HR-related student activities is a plus.
• Experience in managing HR tasks across multiple countries is a plus.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools for records management and recruitment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Working effectively with cross-functional teams across different countries.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
