The purpose of your role will be to provide support in managing all the HR Operations transactions including On-boarding, Administrative Support, Full & Final Settlement, Payroll inputs, Time Office Management, Leave Management System, HR Operations query management & end to end life cycle management of offroll employees.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Onboarding and Administrative Support for employee profile creation in success factor & support in new joining formalities
2. Checking & approving various expenses claimed by new joiners as per policy
3. Managing and monitoring the Employee ID Card creation process centrally & provide inputs for various insurance benefits
4. Work on Time Office Management by assisting employees with any related queries for corporate locations, maintaining Employee Master in time office software, etc
5. Manage Leave Management System for all employees at corporate locations including leave quota creation for new joiners and performing annual quota creation and lapse and resolving related employee queries
6. Administering employee confirmation and transfer processes and related communications, re-settlement allowance in the monthly payroll as per inputs received form the HRBP
7. Processing end to end full & final settlements for employees at Corporate offices, Area Offices & M4 & above employees exiting the organization
8. Timely updation of employees\' profile on SAP and success factors, updating reporting structure & demographic details of employees in SAP database periodically as per business requirement
9. Perform end to end management of Attendance, Payroll, PMS Management for offroll employees deployed through BGPS and Kelly
10. Providing various employee related SAP adhoc and customised data points to stakeholders in a time bound manner
