The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent across various job boards, mapping industries, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates based on business requirements. QualificationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role within a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches and social media recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and business stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Knowledge of labor legislation and employment market trends.
A team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.ExperienceConduct thorough sourcing of candidates, utilizing a variety of job boards, social media platforms, and industry mapping techniques to identify potential talent.
Spend approximately 70% of the time in active sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates in alignment with the specific needs of the business.
Engage in business interactions to understand the hiring needs and develop a targeted sourcing strategy.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develop and present reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics to the Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders.
Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the offer process, including negotiations and documentation.
Own the candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless transition into the organization.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve existing sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company's employer brand and attract diverse talent.
