Job Description

:

As an HR Recruiter at PAN Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various departments within the specified timeframes. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment by attracting top talent for sales, marketing, and technical positions across our corporate office and manufacturing facilities.

Job Reasonability:

Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and requirements for sales, marketing, corporate, and technical roles.

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Job Posting and Sourcing:

Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Candidate Evaluation and Selection:

Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.

Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and team members.

Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks and offer negotiations.

Recruitment MIS and Data:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.

Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline

Collaboration and Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their unique recruitment needs.

Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and best practices.

Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruiter in sales, marketing, and technical recruitment.

Familiarity with recruitment MIS and data analytics.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?350,000.00 per year
