OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

IGT Solutions is looking for Executive - HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Onboarding candidates with joining formalities and document verification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check genuine and completeness of the submitted document. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check all required documents with relation to employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct back ground check on previous employment by reaching out to the candidate previous company through email/calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify Employers authenticity and contact details through internet. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to timelines in completing the employment check. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up on insufficient documentation cases with respective stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Publish report to all stakeholders on negative cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain confidentiality of the data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent coordination Recruiters and HR team and Delivery team to work on negative cases.

QUALIFICATION

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - MBA/PGDM in HR

ABILITIES

• Good verbal / written communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Eye for detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to meet stringent timelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to maintain the information with confidentiality and integrity.
