Creating Passion: Your ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the human resources and administrative functions at the Engineering & Design office.
  • Provide assistance in managing employee life cycle from hiring to separation.
  • Manage company policies and legal regulations, supports employee relations, and promotes a positive work environment.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Candidate engagement post offer release and pre-onboarding formalities
  • Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain documents as per the necessary compliance
Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Assist with day-to-day HR Operations and Administrative tasks
  • Prepare and process HR documents and maintain HR databases
  • Administrative Activities
Administration:
  • Oversee general administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Provide logistical support to manage employee engagement activities and events.
Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Foster a positive work environment and conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations and events.
  • Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and welfare activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Adress employee grievances and provide support to employees with HR related queries.
Learning and Development
  • Support to prepare training calendar as per the training need identification
  • Coordinating to implement trainings as per the training calendar
  • Support career development initiatives and promote continuous learning within the organization
Contributing your Strengths: Your QualificationsQualification and Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/ MBA / MSW HR/ LLB/ Labour LawExperience:2-4 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a corporate or engineering & design center environment.Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite..
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
