Tridat Technologies is hiring "Executive HR & Admin" one of the leading frontrunners in the processing & manufacturing spices industry !!!
Designation: Executive- HR & Admin
Direct Reporting To: Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. HUMAN RESOURCE
1. Implementation and monitoring of all Human Resource Management Systems, Policies and Procedure and co-ordinate other Human Resources activities.
2. Liaise with other functional/departmental employees so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
3. Co-ordinate Training and development activities.
4. Maintain the General Administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with Management.
5. Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counseling, motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc.
6. Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedure.
7. Report the HR issues & development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
8. Attendance Management.
9. Maintaining records of "Loans & Advances".
10. Maintaining and approval of TA DA expense of sales people.
11. Manpower management for entire shop floor.
12. Sourcing the right candidate and conducting interviews.
13. Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, relieving letter, experience letter, etc.
14. Taking care of the joining formalities and conducting the induction training to the new joiners.
15. Preparing and maintaining all general circulars.
16. Salary calculation and processing of all the employees.
17. Prepare and calculate Bonus, Gratuity, Leave encashment, etc..
18. Calculate and releasing the Full and Final settlements.
19. Planning and execution of training of all office and factory related issue
II. ADMINISTRATION
1. Conducting employee engagement activities.
2. Managing safety related equipments with close coordination with production team.
3. Maintaining all the AMC files of office equipments and confirm the annual maintenance happen on time.
REQUISITE SKILLS:
1. Have done regular MBA /PGDBA in HR Management.
2. Minimum 2+ Years\' Experience in HR Management.
3. Having good communication Skills & Interpersonal Skills.
DESIRED SKILLS:
1. Leadership skills.
2. Team Player.
3. Able to handle the pressure and ready to work on the set targets.
4. Willing to travel frequently to the factory at Wada, Maharashtra.
5. Candidate aged 22 to 35.
