• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
• Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
• Exit Formalities, Leave Management, Induction, Background Verification
• Preparation of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
• Maintaining monthly Payroll & Attendance Calculation
• Managing the complete recruitment life cycle.
• Statutory Areas (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Leave, Gratuity Calculation)
• Day to day HR / Admin work
• Manpower Planning
• Maintaining Registers under Factories Act & Various Labour Laws
