:Position Executive - Health, Safety and Environment - Contract Logistics
Department Operations -Contract Logistics
Location Bosch Pune
Band 2
Reporting To Manger Warehouse (Operations)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities Safety-
1. Monthly Safety Trainings
2. Zero LTI & MTI and HSE mock drils
3. DC System hygiene on regular intervals
4. Maintaining Risk Inventory under control.
5. Tool box talks & conducting safety events
6. Energy conservation 2% add on every year.
Security-
1. Managing security roaster & Ensuring security process on place
2. Ensure zero theft and pilferages
3. Security trainings and mock drills
4. 100% compliances and incident reporting.
5. Security risk assessment.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Diploma/Graduate from a recognized university or institute.
• Should have minimum 5 to 8 years\' experience in Warehouse / logistics Operations
• Drive Results

• Ability to lead and drive safety culture in the organization.
• Candidate must be able to present themselves well across the organization.
• Understanding on HSE
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel
