1. Lead the culinary team
2.Lead North Indian, South Indian, Snacks, Chat, Frozen team
3. Maintain the food quality as per running recipe
4. Develop new recipes for development of new products
5. Train the team on housekeeping, cleaning, personal hygiene that has to maintained in Kitchen
6. Maintain the manpower cost, train the team on required skills to excel in their current jobs
7. Maintain the food process standards as per global standards.
8.Source and hire the new people required to do the job in kitchen.
