Job Description
:Real Estate Fund Management TeamCandidate will be part of the Residential Real Estate Fund Management Team of L&T Realty. Essential aspects of a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skill set include knowledge of business modeling, strong analytical skills & effective interpersonal style.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Financial Modelling and valuation analysis for potential real estate opportunities
- Deal Evaluation & Structuring
- Ensuring timely completion of requisite due diligence processes
- Asset Management of portfolio investments
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Assisting in Fund raising and setting up of the AIF
- Assisting in documentation relating to fund and the transactions
- CA, CFA or MBA Finance with around 4 to 6 years of work experience
- Some earlier exposure to real estate financing or real estate transactions
- Proficient in excel modelling and good presentation skills
- Ability to work with a wide array of people across functions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical, intellectually curious, client-service oriented, have a hunger to learn, be open to feedback, and able to work in a team-based culture.
- High integrity is essential
