Role : Executive- Finance & Accounts

Level: 7, Executive

Location : Solapur

Department : Finance & Accounts

Reporting To : Functionally & Administratively to Finance & Accounts

Lateral Relationship

Plant Accountants at all locations

Business Heads at Plant level, HR teams at Plant level

External Relationship

All type of local vendors and at time external vendors.

Key Deliverables

Cash handling such as Freight, Raw Material, advance payment

Daily Freight FID booking

Timely bank payments - vendor and statutory payment (Cheques /RTGS etc.)

Raw Material bills verification

To follow up with R M Dept. for pending bills

GTA record keeping & Handover to Excise Dept.

Maintain Cash & Bank book, daily feeding cash vouchers and

recording

Salary, Wages Booking and payments &maintain Unpaid Wages

register

Ensure Ledger Scrutiny on weekly basis

Ensure Vendor Scrutiny on weekly basis

Timely booking of Engineering, General & Capital spares bill

Contractors Bill passing & payments as per schedule

Misc. expense bill passing & payments as per schedule

Vendors payment ( Stores/Eng)

Travelling Bill passing

To follow up with Stores dept. for Pending Bills/P.O

5S' audit / data work

Salary, Wages Booking and payments

Bank Reconciliation

Preparing report as when required by H.O

Maintain statutory payment registers (MSEB, PF & PT)

Systems Implementation ( ISO/IMS, IATF ....)

Education : BBA/BCOM/BMS

Experience :3-6 years
