Role Description :- Merchant acquisition for accepting Phonepe payment solution- PoS, QR code etc. -Deploying Sales sales -Up-selling and cross-selling products as per business plan- Candidate should be from Telecom sales (postpaid or prepaid sales) or Payment banks (Paytm, Mobiwik, Vodaphone, Airtel payment, FMCG and other field sales experience)- Candidate must have field sales experience- Candidate need to visit on field and generate leads- Pitch the phone pe product to the retailers and small corporates (Like paytm did earlier)- Convert lead and onboard the clients.- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Saharanpur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new merchants, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term relationships. The Field Sales Executive will be expected to achieve revenue targets and help scale the PhonePe business in the region. Qualifications :- Proven sales experience in the payments, financial services or related industry- Experience in acquiring and onboarding new merchants- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent negotiation and sales skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Understanding of the local market and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours- Bike is mandatory (ref:updazz.com)
