• Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled upto a 27% income uplift for 5000+ entrepreneurs.

The goal for Udhyam is to build a thriving and supportive ecosystem, where every individual feels empowered to define their own path.

About Entrepreneurial Mindset Program (Schools & ITIs):

At Udhyam we believe in the 3 key learning principles namely Student Autonomy, "Learning by Doing" and "Real world experience' . What better way to build entrepreneurial mindsets than trying real world innovation projects hands-on?

Ankuram Business Innovators pilot program was rolled out successfully across Telangana, covering 8 districts and 35 schools last year. The program was focused on enabling the development of Entrepreneurial Mindsets in students through a curriculum which was experiential and Project based. The program was integrated into the school timetables and enabled through teachers within each school. The program would be expanded to cover over 400 schools across all 33 districts of Telangana in the academic year 2024-25.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handhold the Mentor teachers (MT) in the District.
• Collect the required data, analyse at a basic level and furnish inputs as and when needed.
• Monitor the progress and do necessary follow-ups to ensure the smooth run of the program.
• Field visits to ensure adequate quality in the implementation by identifying and solving problems at ground level.
• Report to the Specialist (Operations) on a weekly basis and share it with the district officials upon approval from the Udhyam team on monthly basis.
• Stakeholder Management - Especially DEOs/ Regional Inspectors
• Documentation on District Activities
• Be ready to jump into MTs' role & Problem Solve as and when needed

Skills, Experience and Mindsets

• Graduation or equivalent education - Management Studies or Social Sciences is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in large scale educational/skill development projects - Experience in Govt projects is preferred
• Stakeholder Management & Leadership skills
• Should be resident/native of Telangana
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Telugu and proficiency in functional English
• Ability to understand & represent the data
• Hands-on experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Ppt) and Google Work Space (Doc, Sheet, Slide).
• Technical Knowledge - knowledge in using online meeting applications like Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc, making posters.
• Willingness to travel within the Districts as per requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
