Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring it meets the needs of the construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate project data into the ERP system.
• Provide training and support to team members on ERP software usage.
• Analyze project data and generate reports to aid in decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead the implementation of ERP upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve technical issues.

Technical Skills

• ERP Software Proficiency : Experience with specific ERP systems used in the construction industry, such as SAP, Oracle Primavera, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Project Management Tools : Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and use business intelligence tools to make informed decisions.
• IT Skills : Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and software integration.

Experience

• Industry Experience : Prior experience working in the construction or civil engineering industry is crucial.
• ERP Implementation and Management : Experience in implementing, managing, or maintaining ERP systems within a construction or engineering context.
• Project Management : Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
