JOB DESCRIPTION:

Followings will be the responsibilities of the position holder:
1. Handling shift maintenance activity for Utility area.
2. Operation & maintenance of Air compressors, Nitrogen gas plant, Purified water system, Pretreatment plant, Hot water generation system, Air handling unit. Ventilation unit, Chillers, Cooling towers, Dust Collectors ETP and Diesel generators.
3. Daily consumption monitoring/accounting/controlling and Timely updating of consumption reports and DMS presentation data.
4. Good knowledge of water / Effluent/wastewater treatment plant and maintenance of the same.
5. Lead water and wastewater projects to enhance water savings
6. Should be capable to organize and execute periodic maintenance, calibration and replacement of water/HVAC system component.
7. cGMP compliance of the utility equipment, purified water system, compressed air system, chiller plants sets.
8. Ensuring the implementation of standard operating procedures of utility/ process equipment and overall compliance with respect to respective SOP\xe2\x80\x99s.
9. Knowledge to perform periodic validation, qualification of HVAC/Water system and capable to close the documents requirements.
10. Should have adequate knowledge of HVAC System and its standards applied to pharma industries.
11. Should have the knowledge of BMS & its operation.
12. Time to time evaluation of water metering system, gap identification and closure of the same.
13. Should be capable to identify water and energy saving opportunity and implementation of same.
14. To Generate and Analyze Daily reports and define Action accordingly in order to minimize the total utilities Consumption in Plant.
15. Should have the knowledge operational and QMS related documents and should be capable to close the exceptions and investigation.
16. Should be able to prepare BOQ and estimating and costing.
17. Should be capable to perform troubleshooting of pre and post treatment and HVAC.
18. Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard.
19. Knowledge of handling equipment\xe2\x80\x99s with safety like applying LOTO during maintenance activity
