Job Explanation & Preferred Skills / Expertise: Key Roles & Responsibilities / Result Areas: ) New Development Sample Inspection- Inspection of Laser Cutting, Bending, Fabrication, Machining & Surface Treatment Parts by using First Principle Method/ CMM. ) Preparation of PPAP Documents for New Development Samples. ) Preparation of D Report. ) Communication with Customer/Supplier for Problem Solving. ) NDT Certification will be added advantage. Functional Competencies Required: ) Should be export in all types of Drawing reading- GD&T, Fabrication, Machining etc. ) Should have hand on experience on all types on all types of Instruments (Micrometer, Vernier, CMM etc). ) Should have Problem solving skill. ) Should have Knowledge of Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, Fabrication, Machining & Surface Treatment Process.
