Job SummaryThe Executive, eCommerce will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in eCommerce operations and digital marketing.Key Responsibilities
Manage eCommerce Platforms: Oversee daily operations of our eCommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Content Management: Collaborate with the content team to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are up-to-date and engaging.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales and customer loyalty.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the eCommerce platform competitive.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to align eCommerce strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
