:Job Summary:As a Regulatory Execution & Transformation Lead - Executive Director within our Global \'Run the Bank\' function, you will have end-to-end accountability for the production & delivery of regulatory reports along with the delivery of strategic transformation agenda. You will have the opportunity to promote significant improvements around completeness, control, and adaptability to new requirements. You will be responsible for report preparation, validation, submission, and oversight & management of regulatory enquiries. This role will also allow you to leverage your experience and knowledge in operations management, product delivery, transformation, and program management to deliver a multi-year strategic RTB transformation roadmap.Regulatory reporting requirements are complex, increasing in nature, and our reporting infrastructure requires upgrade to meet these requirements. We want to strengthen our management of those regulatory reporting needs and drive significant improvement around completeness, control and ability to adapt to new requirements. We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to own Regulatory Operations (RegOps) execution, delivery and transformation of the Global \'Run the Bank\' (RTB) function. This role will also fulfill APAC RegOps Lead.Job ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end accountability for production & delivery of regulatory reports along with the delivery of strategic transformation agenda, including:

  • Report preparation, validation and submission
  • Oversight & management of regulatory enquiries
  • Monitoring Run the Bank service deliveries (e.g. metrics dashboards)
  • Governance reporting of Run The Bank production metrics
  • Ownership of end to end incident management process
  • Prioritization of process re-engineering
  • Execution of data, process, report quality review to ensure quality, accuracy, completeness and timeliness
  • Continuous improvement - identify common problems and fix them sustainably
  • Management of risks and controls of regulatory environment
  • Delivery of a multi-year strategic Run The Bank transformation roadmap
  • Excellent stakeholders management across multiple dimensions (firmwide, executive, business, cross functional, regional, business, location)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience: 15+ yrs, Operations Management, Service Owner, Product Delivery, Transformation, Program Management, Execution
  • Regulatory subject matter: Knowledge of payment products and related regulatory landscape
  • Builds a strong control framework and operates within that framework to ensure successful delivery of all our regulatory requirements
  • Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards.
