Data collection (Change control, Deviation, Regulatory, Stability, Vendor change details, specification changes, OOS, RM/PM).
Preparation and review of trend & graphs.
Compilation and review of APR reports.
Maintain APR index.
Initiation, review, evaluation, verification and closure of CQMS records in Track Wise system.
Preparation, review and approval of continuous process verification (CPV).
Preparation, review and Compilation of out of trend results.
