Product Designing with a minimum 4-5 years on Complete Project - Tip Trailer/Tipper.
Excellent hands-on experience and skill in operating the latest Design Related Software Auto CADD and Inventor version.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Product Design (Tip Trailer / Tipper) and Development from Concept to Proto Type using NPD and
NPI Process to fulfill customer needs and preferences to launch a product with cost-effective features and innovations.
Thorough knowledge of FEA Analysis.
Shall have a thorough knowledge of manufacturing Processes, Products, Tools, Jigs Fixture Design
Development, Project Management, NPD / NPI Process, BOM generation.
Shall be well conversant with all necessary Indian Standards, AIS (Automotive Industry Standards) &
International Standards.
Shall have thorough knowledge and hands on experience of Vehicle and Component Type Approval as per AIS.
