Roles & Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Executive roles and responsibilities includes following but not limited to:
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of background verification process.
Conduct audits and reviews of verification reports.
Monitor processes, identify gaps, and implement quality control measures.
Detect and resolve errors promptly.
Collaborate with teams and drive continuous improvement.
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within a business context.
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Mandatory Qualification: Graduate
Desirable Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Analytics, or a related field.
Knowledge:
Thorough knowledge of (or eagerness to learn about) the company's products and their capabilities.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Customer service experience and a customer-centric attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
