Job Description


We are looking for Customer Success Executives to serve Domestic & International customers for our SAAS Product.Key Responsibilities : - Run Demos to prospective customers- On-boarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementation.- Provide training, mentorship, and support during initial adoption.- Educate customers on best practices- Excellent client-facing/customer service skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to focus and follow-through to the resolution of issues- Ability to diffuse tension and work the issue at hand- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand their requests.- Follow defined steps to resolve the tickets and help the customers- Interact with customers through phone, email or chat, until they- ve solved the issue.- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.- Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.- Develop training materials and support documentation and self help knowledge base- Multiple language speaker is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
