Job Overview:
Join our team as an Executive - Customer Success, with 0-1 year of experience to interact with end customers via calls, emails, chats, and tickets. Provide efficient and timely support, act as the first point of contact, and handle incoming support tickets. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language is required. Eligibility Criteria: • Freshers to 1 year of experience
• Interact with the end customers via calls, emails, chats and tickets.
• Provide efficient and timely support.
• Act as the first point of contact and provide required information to the customers and answer their queries.
• Handle and prioritize incoming support tickets.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Proficient in English, Hindi and one Regional Language (South Indian language will be added advantage)
• Experience in client interaction via Phone, email, chat, helpdesk tickets.
• Ability to handle the client queries and provide the required information to the customer.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good Soft Skills.
