- CX 1 - HYD- Any Graduate/Undergraduate- < 18 Months - U1 (min 6 months in Customer Service in an int. BPO - Inbound Exp)- >18 Months - U2 - (min 18 Months International BPO customer service experience )- Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert- Prior exp in Sales and Billing handling and resolutions.- Should have excellent skills- Should have Basic computer knowledge - Candidates should be willing to work in US shift- Salary - 4.7 lpa for Hyderabad - CX1- Pune- Any Graduate/Undergraduate- U1 (min 6 months in Customer Service in an int.
