Roles & Responsibilities :- To administer bookings through various channels including our own website, Airbnb, VRBO and others.- Maximise rental revenue for our property owners by proactively engaging with potential guests through our enquiry channels, online chat and telephone.- Provide excellent telephonic and email support to our leisure and business guests at various touch points during their stay.- Provide support to guests who may have issues and sometimes to resolve problems.Requirements :- Must have worked with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and another booking portal, especially in properties listed with different site.- You will need to be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to provide exceptional guest support- Ability to work independently and as a part of Team- Willingness to learn and adapt new challenges- High level of attention to detail- Good IT skills- Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive- Engaging and out-going personality- Willingness to go the extra mile- Your working week- Typical working day is UK business hours, Hybrid work- Candidate will be required to sometimes communicate and assist with guests out of hoursWhat\'s on Offer?- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Flexible working options- Fantastic work culture (ref:updazz.com)
