Job Summary:
We are looking for Customer Support Executive to assist our customers with finance/loan related queries, complaints etc.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Handling customer queries/complaints with patience.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Good convincing skills
• Excellent Soft skills
• Knowledge of Finance/Loan
Languages Required - 2 Hindi & English, 2 Tamil & English, 2 Telugu & English, 2 Kannada & English, 2 Malayalam & English
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate (B.com or any equivalent degree in Accounts & Finance is preferred)
Experience: Should have minimum 1 year work experience in loan, finance related processes
Salary: CTC - 16.9 K

Work from Office
Comfortable in 6 days working environment

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?16,900.00 per month
