-JOB OVERVIEW-We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO voice process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing excellent customer service efficiently.RESPONSIBILITES : - Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers as required.- Develop a thorough understanding of the products/services offered by the company.- Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and any updates.- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.- Comply with company policies and guidelines.- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other team members.- Use clear and concise language to convey information.- Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.- Ensure high-quality standards in customer interactions.- Willing to work in rotational shifts for UK & US campaigns.QUALIFICATIONS :- Proven experience in a customer service or BPO voice process role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.- Basic computer skills.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
