Responsibilities :- Respond to Customer inquiries via various channels, including email, live chat, and over the phone. - Assist customers with DTO return product inquiries, product information, and general inquiries. - Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and cancellation if necessary. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. - Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges. - Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback promptly. - Work closely with relevant departments to address product defects, shipping issues, and other customer concerns. - Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary. - Stay updated on product features, specifications, and availability. - Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers to assist them in making informed purchase decisions. - Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. - Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
