Responsibilities of candidates include :- Should know some as aspects Tally but Microsoft Excel thoroughly .- Should be able to take Target Based Work. Business generation is of primary importance.- Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints .- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.- Coordination with Vehicles & Internal teams for movement and loading.- Should know How to manage E-way Bill, their expiry and their due dates.
